We hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return, replacement, or refund is applicable only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.
  • A clear, continuous, and unedited package opening video is provided as proof.
  • The video must begin before the shipping package is opened, clearly showing the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the damaged item.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Step 1: Record an opening video before opening the package.

Step 2: Email us within 48 hours of delivery at dharmikartsofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The opening video
  • Photos of the damaged product (if available)

Step 3: Our team will review your request. If the claim is verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement copy of the book, or
  • A full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Important Information

  • Claims submitted without a valid package opening video cannot be processed.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections caused during shipping, such as slight corner bends, small scratches, or minor packaging wear, may not qualify as damage.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect book selected while ordering
    • Dissatisfaction with the content after purchase
